Biografia
Fabiano Parisi è nato nel 1977 a Roma, dove vive e lavora. Decide di dedicarsi alla pittura circa tre anni fa, mentre sta ultimando i suoi studi universitari in Psicologia. Inizialmente si interessa di pittura astratta, ma l’uso di materiali diversi lo caratterizza già nei primi lavori, che accostano colori su tela e legno ad installazioni di varia struttura. Comincia poi a coniugare la sua passione per il riciclaggio di tutto ciò che abita i nostri spazi quotidiani, con un progetto artistico che è rivolto al sommerso, a ciò che rimane ai margini, che tendiamo ad evitare, a volte a sostituire con qualcosa di nuovo.
Specializza le sue capacità fotografiche ed arriva a proporre quello che è l’idea portante del suo attuale lavoro “Residui industriali e umani”.
Abbandona la tela, il ferro diventa il suo supporto.
Fabbriche e spazi abbandonati, uomini che vivono la strada, divengono i suoi principali interlocutori, quei residui che non sono mezzo di denuncia, ma personale visione dello spazio.
Biography
Fabiano Parisi was born in 1977 in Rome, where he now works and lives. He decides to paint and to take photo three years ago while he was ending his university studies in Psychology. At the beginning he likes abstract paintings, but the use of different materials mark him from the first works. Then he starts to link his passion for recycling of everything that is in our routine through an artistic project that is directed to what is hidden, to what remains aside, that we want to avoid or to substitute with something new. He develops his photographic abilities and he reaches to propose what is the main idea of his actual work "Residui industriali e umani"(Human and industrial wastes). Abandoned factories and places, men who live in the streets, they are his main speakers, those wastes that are not to denounce but personal vision of the space
